Skills Include:

 

Experience working within a 2nd/3rd line support function

Application support

Bespoke Linux systems

Will be familiar with DevOps practises

Azure - desirable but not essential

Salesforce - desirable but not essential

 

 

The Support Specialist will provide superior technical assistance to end-users by supporting all IT deployed software and hardware with the ability to show confidence, patience and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations.
